Cancellation policy

**No refund for classes/ ticketed events**

7–10 days prior: Eligible for a full refund

5 days prior: Eligible for a 50% refund

Less than 5 days prior: No refund (cancellation will result in full loss). Rebooking may be possible depending on availability.

A 3% restocking fee applies to all online sales in the event of a refund. This fee covers non-refundable transaction and processing charges.
